FAQ: Engineering-Driven, Hassle-Free Pool Care

1. What is the start-up fee for, and what does it cover?

Before we begin regular service, we perform a one-time, comprehensive pool tune-up ($150–$250, depending on pool size and condition). This includes deep cleaning filters, equipment calibration, and initial water balancing - this ensures your pool meets our high engineering standards from day one, setting the foundation for consistent, high-quality maintenance.

2. What is included in the $250/month plan?

Our all-inclusive $250/month plan for pools up to 15,000 gallons covers all routine maintenance and chemicals - it covers weekly pool cleaning, biannual filter deep cleans, chemical testing & balancing, equipment inspections, system optimization, and all necessary chemicals.

For larger pools, there is charge of an extra $10/month per each additional 1,000 gallons. This all-inclusive pricing ensures your pool stays pristine.

3. What is not included in the $250/month plan?

Our $250/month plan does not include the cost of repairs, equipment replacements, or parts. Any necessary repairs or replacement parts would be billed separately.

4. What happens if my pool needs a repair?

We believe pool maintenance should be on autopilot. If we discover a minor issue (under $100) during our visits, we'll fix it right away and simply add it to your invoice - no need for you to call or coordinate. For repairs over $100, we'll always contact you for approval before proceeding.

Rest assured, minor repairs are usually quick fixes like replacing a basket or replacing a filter pressure gauge - simple, infrequent tasks that rarely repeat. Larger repairs, such as pump replacements or fixing leaks, are only done with your approval. We are committed to keeping your pool running smoothly without any surprise charges or unnecessary expenses.

5. Why do you automatically perform and bill minor repairs?

As engineers, we know that small problems can quickly become big ones. By handling minor repairs immediately, we prevent costly breakdowns and keep your pool running efficiently. This proactive approach means you never have to worry about monitoring your pool or scheduling service calls for minor issues.

6. How will I know what repairs have been done? How will I get billed?

Our approach prioritizes transparency. Each 1st of the month, you'll receive an itemized report and invoice for minor repairs completed the prior month, including descriptions and photos of any repairs performed. This documentation keeps you fully informed and confident in your pool's condition.

7. How will I know when weekly maintenance has been completed?

Transparency is one of our core values. For weekly cleaning services, you'll receive a detailed report outlining your chemical testing results, water treatment provided, notes over any equipment concerns, and before & after photos of your pool.

8. What makes your service different?

For $250/month, your pool receives weekly expert care, all chemicals covered, and the convenience of proactive minor repairs - backed by engineering precision and scientific water analysis. You get one simple price, all-inclusive proactive service, and total peace of mind.
